The lessons are private, one hour or one hour an a half, focused on the process of learning how to play a musical instrument, but always enjoying that experience that makes the moment of playing music a real pleasure, even if it is a simple melody, two or three chords that will be part of a song. So, this is the spirit of these music tuition, to share the music with the student, while he or she devolps the music, singing and creativity skills.
In every class we will work on the songs in regards to lyrics, melody and interpretation; the right and left hand technique, harmony, arrangements and musical styles of the respective instruments.
Classes can be in Spanish or English. We also have availability of other musical instruments: guitars, charango, ukulele and piano.
How to play the guitar can be relatively accesible if you have a guidance and get from the beginning the specific tips of thecnique, hand positions, to know the right chords for a song, the rythm and tempo, when to use strumming or arpegio, what key or scale to play, and more.
In the classes we develop this topics while understanding the instrument and the connection we create as musicians. Also the creativity and how to arrange a song is a key part of what I teach

To know the keys and notes would be the first topic to approach in the class.
The position of both hands and how to use the ten fingers is essential on the piano. We see the learning process on playing chords, the specific notes each chord has, the white and black keys. Learning the different scales is another important part.
If you are advanced in piano you can come with a song to learn and we can rearange and harmonize it to be able to sing it.
We focus on how to coodinate both hands and the singing, witch takes concentration and sense of rythm.

Over the years I have made a collection of instruments that I love and share with my family, musicians and students.
In my classes you will have the opportunity to try every instrument that you like, besides the chosen one for the tuition.
I have variety of guitars, acoustic, classical and electric hollow body. Also a Ukelele, charango (original from Bolivia) and a Piano.
Singing lessons are individual, 50-60 minutes. They are dynamic, we work on breathing, thecnique, tuning, scales, phrasing, melodies and songs, both in english and spanish with the focus on your specific need.
My lessons are focused on the natural use of the voice towards singing, the consiousness of tuning and incorporating the breathing as a basic tool.
I partner the classes with the piano and guitar company, witch are essencial for vocalizing, tuning, checking every note of the phrase, then rehearsing the songs or classical piece.
